Ministries
Grace Bible Church has many resources to help you serve in your God-given ministry. God has uniquely given each follower of Christ at least one spiritual gift for the purpose of advancing His plan (see 1 Corinthians 12:7). In addition, everyone has unique abilities and experiences that help define how they will serve others.
Not sure of your Spiritual Gifts?
We have resources to help aid in the discovery of your Spiritual Gifts. But the best way to discover your spiritual gift is to pray and then start serving and see where God directs you to use your gifts and abilities.
If you don't see an area to serve at Grace Bible Church that God has placed on your heart, share it with the Leadership along with an idea to implement it. We will commit it to prayer to see God's will through.
Missions
Missionaries all around the world are supported by Grace Bible Church and partnering churches to preach the gospel in the name of Jesus Christ. We are thankful for the tremendous fruit of God's blessings worldwide.

Children's Ministry
Nursery Care Ministry
(up to 3 years)
Our Nursery Care Ministry is where special time is spent with the youngest of our church family. Here we endeavor to take care of the special needs of the little ones by singing songs, fun play time and teaching simple lessons about our Lord and Savior. This ministry endeavors to provide the opportunity for parents to worship the Lord without any distractions. This ministry covers the ages from birth through three year olds.
Grace Kids
Primary (K - grade 3)
Juniors (grades 4 - 5)
Grace Kids classes provide age-appropriate Bible lessons and learning activities which encourage physical and spiritual development. These classes are available for children from three years old up to the fifth grade.
Each class if led by dedicated and skilled teachers who are committed to teaching God's Word. They teach the children the character of God as revealed in the Old Testament and the person and work of Jesus Christ.
Grace Kid's Church
Our kids, grades preschool - 5th grade, are dismissed each Sunday morning after our Worship Time together to their classes. Each Sunday they enjoy their own time of worship, Bible teaching, and arts/crafts.
Note: Your child's age as of September 1 is the guideline for determining his/her age-appropriateness for any ministry. We usually allow the teachers to take a month off during August of each year. As a result we do not have Grace Kids during the month of August.
Worship Team
Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Worship Team is to lead His people in a proper form of worship where God is glorified through songs with a solid biblical theology.
Opportunity:
If Jesus has gifted you in a musical way, contact the leadership to discuss opportunities and set up an audition.
Tech Team
Purpose:
The Tech Team prepares and runs the multimedia presentations that are run during the Sunday Service. The Tech team works with the Worship Team to display the song lyrics during the music each Sunday. These volunteers also operate the media equipment to show video clips used during the service. Additionally, this team also creates special multimedia presentations that are used for New Hope's Special Events.
Opportunities:
We're looking for people who have experience with Microsoft Windows, PowerPoint, and basic picture editing. Song Show Plus is used by the team to incorporate song lyrics, message slides, graphics, video and sound into one seamless presentation. It also helps if you are familiar with presentation design, and other multimedia skills. Current team members would provide Song Show Plus training for any new volunteers.
Commitment:
We hope to grow this team so we can have a rotating schedule. On Sunday, the team member on rotation is responsible for practicing with the band before the service, and running the presentations during the service.
Hospitality
Purpose:
The goal of the Hospitality Team is to provide refreshments for after the service. We believe that having refreshments encourages people to stay afterwards and visit with one another!
Opportunities:
Before the service, the team is responsible for preparing the coffee and refreshments. Then, a few minutes before the service ends, we put the final touches on the refreshments in the fellowship hall. After fellowship, we wash up the trays and pots, and we pack them away.
Commitment:
The Hospitality Team has four teams who are scheduled for one Sunday a month. A fifth team has people who act as reliefs for the others, and handle the duties when there is a fifth Sunday in a month. Team members arrive at 8:30am to prepare the refreshments.
Greeters/Ushers
Purpose:
The goal of the greeters ministry is to welcome and extend hospitality to those who are arriving at church on a given Sunday. The ushers provide services during the church service and oversee security of our campus.
